Customer Service Representative (CSR) Requirements
Our first priority is always to provide excellent and professional service to our
clients. To excel at this, all applicants must:

Use professional speech and grammar

Type 40 wpm
-
Successfully complete Skills Testing including spelling, grammar, typing, names & numbers skills, and comprehension examinations

Possess Customer Service experience, this is a plus but not required.
We are a 24/7/365 facility with shifts that vary and do include weekends and
holidays.
Please Note: Dexcomm is a drug free environment. We test all qualified
applicants for the presence of illegal drugs before they are hired. If you
have used an illegal drug within the past thirty days, there is no point in
continuing with the application process. Once you know that you can pass a
drug screening, please feel free to continue with the application process.
Also note that Dexcomm randomly checks all employees for drug use, and if you
use drugs while employed at Dexcomm you will be immediately terminated.
