The Company
Dexcomm was formed in 1954, and is the oldest and largest answering service in Acadiana. To maintain our
commitment to excellence, our company is equipped and staffed to provide the finest service in the
area.
Dexcomm is a member of the Lafayette Chamber of Commerce, the Baton Rouge Chamber of Commerce, the Association of Telemessaging Services International (ATSI), and the National Amtelco Equipment Owners Association (NAEO).
With 42 operator stations and more than 50 full time employees, Dexcomm is capable of managing large
projects. We also have the system and skills to give every call a personal touch. Our system distributes
calls to exactly the right operator to insure consistent and professional service.
The Team
Dexcomm uses a thorough training program to prepare operators to handle your calls. Our training staff has
been in the business for more than a decade, and has compiled a training manual used by other providers in
our industry.
Dexcomm has a professional management team with a supervisor always available to answer your questions.
The company owner and president is Jamey Hopper. He was recently president of NAEO and had the opportunity
to visit services around the country learning the latest hardware and software communications solutions.
