Customer Confidentiality
Dexcomm’s goal is to be an extension of your business, and we understand
that you may not necessarily want your customers knowing they’ve reached an
off-site operator. Each employee is required to sign a statement of
confidentiality. Further, the company’s customer list is a trade secret
and is not to be revealed to anyone outside the company.
HIPAA
Managing private heath information (PHI) is a significant responsibility and
liability issue for medical offices. Dexcomm is complaint with HIPAA rules
and regulations in regards to PHI. We require HIPAA training from all staff
before ever taking a medical call. Our staff will not be an added liability
to your practice.
Call Recording
Dexcomm records every interaction between our agents and your callers and
stores them forever. You’ll never lose a name or phone number, and our
recordings can help you with dispute resolution and your own client
management. Our call recording is all done in accordance with the law.
