Dexcomm utilizes Infinity Voice Logger product. This is a full featured, fully integrated call recording system.Some of the system features include:

  • Voice Logger program automatically records inbound and outbound calls.
  • Voice Logger records calls as .wav files that are effortlessly stored in a database or can be sent to clients directly, via e-mail.
  • Voice Logger's message replay feature confirms important client information, helps monitor agents' customer service skills and improves agents' call handling abilities.
