At Dexcomm, we strive to go beyond industry standards through our hard work and focused training program.  Our newly created Medical Operator Certification Program is intended to save lives and impact patient care across the country by not only having our own operators trained and certified, but changing the industry by adopting better methods.  With 49 certified operators, the most in the industry, we made a conscious decision long ago to be the best.

Excellence requires a level of service that considers the caller first in every aspect.  The manner in which the operator handles each call from beginning to end, determines the success of customer relationships and the level of repeat business. No matter what is happening on any given day, the caller should always receive the best service. By basing every decision on our core values, we are able to reach the level of excellence that is constantly recognized by industry awards.

Association of Teleservices International Award of Excellence 2011 Eight Consecutive YearsAfter six months of intensive testing, an independent panel of judges scores call handling skills such as courtesy, response time, accuracy and overall service to their clients – the cornerstones of the Call Management Industry.

Over the course of eight years, Dexcomm has earned the coveted Ruby Award of Excellence from the Association of Teleservices International.

The Award of Excellence program is a ‘mystery caller’ program that offers Canadian Call Management Association members the opportunity to have their call center agents evaluated by an independent panel of judges over a 6-month period.

Dexcomm has earned the Canadian Call Management Association Silver Plus Award of Excellence for four years of award-winning service. 


Association of Teleservices International 24/7 Site Certification

ATSI Site 24/7 Gold Certified24/7 Site Certification Program sets forth nearly 60 criteria to be met or exceeded.  They represent a collection of the best practices and guidelines to which telephone answering service sites must adhere. Part of the challenge of participating in this peer review and inspection program is in the preparations and groundwork that telephone answering services complete in order to qualify.

Dexcomm has demonstrated a high level of proficiency in recovery techniques, good business practices, documentation of procedures, and levels of redundancy necessary for 24/7 preparedness to the Certification Committee.
