With so many amazing employees at Dexcomm, it’s only right that we talk about one each month to spotlight all the wonderful people we have making Dexcomm a great place to be every day.
The outstanding employee we wanted to talk about this month is Kindal Duffy!
We sat down with Kindal to get to know her a little better and learn about her hobbies outside of Dexcomm.
What's your favorite thing about your job?
I love giving my callers a positive experience. I'm not just an operator or a message taker, I can actually help and provide service to resolve problems. I can make you appreciate customer service.
What is your favorite thing about working at Dexcomm?
I am able to work for a company that appreciates me as a person, I'm not just a number. There's always an open door policy and always an opportunity for advancement. We have an excellent reputation among answering services and I am happy to be a part of that.
What's your favorite thing to do outside of work?
I love to travel, try new restaurants, play the drums and watch football.
