  • Maintain confidentiality of all customer and company information 
  • Use good call control skills to maintain speed 
  • Adapt to changing technology as well as changing client instructions

  • Completion of internal medical and non-medical certification programs within reasonable time frame 


Requirements of CSR position: 

  • Must type at least 50 wpm 
  • Must be available for variable shifts including nights, weekends and holidays 
  • Must be available for emergency staffing needs 
  • Direct Customer Service Experience
