Do you require a contract?

We typically require only a monthly contract. We spend time getting to know your business so we understand your expectations before we answer calls on your behalf. That way, you receive service that makes you look good without requiring a long-term contract. Month-to-month contracts also mean that we have an incentive to continue to earn your loyalty month after month for a lifetime partnership. Our clients agree, with our average tenure being over 10 years (120 plus months)!

What kind of account support can I expect?

We take your success with us personally. Your dedicated account manager and our entire team will have your back every step of the way, from your first day of on-boarding, to answering calls while you take your family vacation.

How does Dexcomm charge?

As your partner, we make our pricing simple. You are charged for the time an operator is actively working for you.

When your account begins with Dexcomm,  our experienced account managers and billing team work with you to determine the optimal number of minutes for your unique needs. This usually takes about a month.

We want you to stay within your base allotment of minutes because we use base minutes as one of many factors that help us determine staffing for our operations center. You only pay at an overage rate if you exceed your base number of minutes during the month. As your partner, you can always expect us to continue to work alongside of you to review, understand, and optimize your bill as your needs and business grow and change.

If you have used answering services before, you may have received 13 invoices a year (28-day billing). Dexcomm will always bill you monthly and there are no holiday charges, hidden system time charges, or fees. That is what partnership is all about.
