Each month, Dexcomm announces an Employee of the Month. To achieve this title, employees must show determination by working on themselves through Dexcomm's core values: personal growth, compassion, and care for others.

Mercedes "Sadie" Clay is Dexcomm's Employee of the Month. Sadie, a Customer Service Representative with us for four months, was recently promoted to Basic Medical Operator (BMO).

We sat down with Sadie to learn more about her and how she earned the Employee of the Month title.

How did you receive your Assurance Specialist title?

“Working on my personal growth by listening to my own calls. After every shift, I would go over my calls, listen to them, and see what I can improve for the next shift.”

What does a typical day at Dexcomm look like to you?

"A typical day is coming in for shift, checking in with my field supervisor, Felicia, answering and assisting callers, then getting admin work done during my offline time."

What is your favorite thing about your job?

"My favorite thing is providing my peers with tips to help improve calls and watching their progress."

Outside of work, how do you enjoy your free time?

"Supporting my kids in their extra curriculars and watching them grow."

What is your favorite quote?

"We are successful when we deliver premium quality service by bringing compassionate professional concern to communications."
